Geospatial Skills Roadmap (January 2024)
Location Data Scotland (LDS), the University of Edinburgh and the Association for Geographic Information in Scotland have been working in partnership to explore the Scottish geospatial skills landscape to assess whether there is a geospatial skills shortage and if so, how it could be addressed.
Our partnership together with industry engagement has resulted in the development of a skills roadmap.
Statement of Agreed Vision & Aims (September 2022)
We propose a vision that will collaboratively harness, co-ordinate and amplify the activities needed to future proof the industry by ensuring there is sufficient skills and capability to meet demand.
